Ventoria Fearon
Ventoria Fearon is the founder of Now I Choose Love Inc. and a dedicated Child and Youth Care Practitioner with over 30 years of experience, including 20 years with the Children’s Aid Society. Her academic credentials include a Diploma in Child and Youth Work, a Degree in Child and Youth Care Practitioner, and a Certification in Family Mediation. As a trauma-informed mental health practitioner, she provides specialized psychoeducational support and pre-therapy services utilizing mindfulness-based, solution-focused, and resilience-based frameworks.
Fearon is also the author of three specialized journals utilized as structured trauma-informed psychoeducational tools within professional counselling settings. Her practice is designed to meet insurance standards, focusing on strengths-based interventions that support sustainable emotional regulation for individuals and families.
The purpose of Now I Choose Love Inc. is to support individuals in achieving personal and social development through trauma-informed, structured approaches to emotional regulation, stress management, and resilience. Our vision is to empower individuals to function as their authentic selves and contribute to healthier, more connected communities. Our overall mission is to deliver practical, evidence-informed support that addresses root causes—including generational patterns and lived experiences—to create sustainable, long-term wellbeing.
